The Co-Investor Screening Test

We apply a 10 point test when looking at companies. We are looking for:

1. a tangible product or service in a sustainable market;
2. revenues from a diversified customer base;
3. market leadership, or the ability to get there quickly;
4. cashflow profits in clear sight - with growth;
5. committed, talented management with capital at risk;
6. a clear need of an active funding partner;
7. the opportunity to at least double our money in four years;
8. a clear exit strategy;
9. minimal exposure to the resources, biotechnology and property sectors; and
10. minimum investment of $10 million.
