Peter Hynd - Investment Director

Peter has more than ten years of micro and small cap experience in the Australian financial markets.

Prior to joining Co-Investor, Peter spent eight years as a small cap corporate financier with Ernst & Young, Burdett Buckeridge Young and Paterson Securities. During this time he focused on providing corporate advice and structured and ran equity capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary market raisings and mergers and acquisitions.

Peter joined Co-Investor in 2004, and has been jointly responsible for the origination, execution, operational improvement, and divestment of all investments in Co-Investor No. 1 and No. 2 Fund portfolios.

Peter is a Member of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia, and holds B.Bus.Mgmt, B.Com, and Grad.Dip. in Applied Finance & Investment qualifications.
