Chris Tran - Investment Manager

Chris joined Co-Investor in July 2009 and is an Investment Manager responsible for the identification, execution and operational improvement of investments.

Prior to joining Co-Investor, Chris was a Principal in the Corporate Advisory Department of PKF Chartered Accountants. He has been involved in various private and public equity fund raisings, debt financing transactions, acquisitions, mergers, disposals and financial modelling assignments. He has also co-authored Independent Expert's Reports and participated in due diligence committees whilst providing Investigating Accountant's Reports.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Business (double major in Accounting and Property Economics) from the University of Technology Sydney and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst. He is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants' Business Valuation Special Interest Group and a member of the CFA Society of Sydney.
