Peter Hynd -Managing Director, Australia

Peter joined Co-Investor in 2004 and has fifteen years of experience in advising, financing and investing in emerging companies. Since joining the firm he has been jointly responsible for the full life cycle of its investments, from origination through exit.

Prior to joining Co-Investor Peter spent eight years as a small cap corporate financier with Ernst & Young and with two broking firms. During this time he focused on providing corporate advice and structured and ran equity capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary market raisings and mergers and acquisitions.

A Member of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia, Peter holds B.Bus.Mgmt, B.Com, and Grad.Dip. in Applied Finance & Investment qualifications.

Peter runs the firm in Australia and is a Member of its Investment Committee.
