Roger Sharp - Managing Director

Roger founded Co-Investor in 2004. He has more than 20 years' experience in finance and international markets, and has run significant investment/banking businesses around the world. From 1997-2001 Roger was a Managing Director of ABN AMRO Bank, holding a series of senior roles including CEO of Asia-Pacific Equities and Global Head of Technology Banking.

Roger and his teams have invested in and advised a large number of companies at all stages of the corporate life cycle, and have led many successful restructurings and turnarounds. Most recently, Roger chaired ASX-listed travel.com.au Limited from 2005-8, leading its turnaround and sale to Wotif.com Holdings in January 2008.

He has BA LLB qualifications from the University of Auckland, has undertaken short course studies at INSEAD, is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and represents Co-Investor as a director of several companies. In June 2009 Roger was appointed Executive Chairman of CommQuest Limited, following the company's refinancing by Co-Investor.
