Co-Investor Capital Partners is a strategic block investor that invests capital, skills and time in smaller companies listed on the Australian and New Zealand Stock Exchanges. Our goal is to deliver outstanding returns to our investors through active participation in the companies we invest in.
We're not conventional. We seek out companies that traditional fund managers overlook, and we work hard to add value to them. Unlike private equity firms, we specialise in listed companies. As our name implies, we are comfortable investing in a partnership context alongside management, strategic and other financial investors.
Co-Investor isn't just a source of capital. We are a strategic partner that will work with all stakeholders to take listed companies to the next level, maximising value for shareholders. We believe that if we can add value to the companies we invest in, all shareholders (including ourselves) will benefit.
